TCD/How it works

Know what you'll get, when, and for how much — before you pay a rupeea cent.

The TCD process is built to remove the three things that ruin software projects: surprise costs, missed deadlines and silence. Here's exactly how it works — and what you'll see at every step.

Why software projects go wrong

Three problems. Designed out.

✕ Surprise costs

"It'll cost a bit more than we said."

Vague quotes grow every month — and you're too deep in to walk away.

TCD fixA fixed price in writing after the scoping call. It only changes if you add scope.
✕ Missed deadlines

"Almost done… just two more weeks."

Without milestones, "almost done" can last for months.

TCD fixA launch date in writing, and a working demo every single week.
✕ Silence

"I haven't heard from the developer."

Not knowing what's happening is the most stressful part of any project.

The TCD way · 5 steps

Follow a project from call to launch.

Scroll down — each step shows what happens, what we need from you, and a real example of what you'll receive.

Step 01 · Free

Scoping call

You tell us how your business works and what's slowing it down — no tech knowledge needed. We ask the right questions, suggest the simplest solution, and tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

  • One call or WhatsApp chat
  • Share your current Excel sheets / process

Step 02

Design & approve

We design every screen and turn it into a clickable prototype. Click through it, show your team, ask for changes. Development starts only when you say "yes, this is it" — so nothing gets built that you haven't seen.

Step 03

Build — with a demo every week

We build in short cycles. Every week you get a link to real, working software — not a status report. Spot something? Tell us now, not after launch.

⏱ the longest step — depends on scope
Your part
  • ~15 minutes a week to try the demo
  • Quick feedback on WhatsApp

  • A working demo every week

Yes — that's in scope, adding it for next week's demo 👍10:47
Step 04

Test & launch

We test on real phones and browsers, move your data in, and launch on the agreed date. Then we walk your team through it so everyone's comfortable from day one.

Step 05

Care & grow

Software is never "done". We stay on for fixes, updates and new features as your business grows — handled by the same team that built it. What ongoing support looks like is agreed upfront.

How payments work

Pay as you see progress.

Never everything upfront. Payments are tied to milestones you can see and approve — the exact split is in your written quote.

Milestone 1Scope signed

You've seen the plan, price and date in writing.

Milestone 2Design approved

You've clicked through and approved every screen.

Milestone 3Build demos

You've tried working software, week after week.

Milestone 4Launch

It's live, your data is in and your team is trained.

The TCD promise

Three promises. In writing.

01

Fixed written quote

The price we agree is the price you pay. It only changes if you ask for more — and we quote that separately before doing it.

02

Free scoping call

Talk through your idea, or let us review your current system, at no cost and no obligation.

03

Reply within 24 hours

Every message gets a real answer from the people building your software. No ticket queues, no ghosting.

Process questions

Good to know.

Anything else? Ask on WhatsApp.

What if I want to change something mid-way?

Changes during design are free — that's what the prototype is for. If you want to add something new during the build, we quote it separately so you always decide with the full picture. Small tweaks within scope (like the transport-charge example above) are simply part of the weekly demos.

What if the project runs late?

You'd know early — weekly demos make progress visible, so there are no last-minute surprises. If something on our side affects the date, you hear it from us first, with a plan.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little: one scoping call, reviewing the prototype, about 15 minutes a week for demos, and a final thumbs-up before launch.

Will my data be safe?

Yes. We use secure hosting, encrypted connections, proper logins and access levels, and regular backups. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.

Do I have to sign up for anything to get a quote?

No. The scoping call and quote are free with no obligation. You decide after you've seen the plan, price and launch date.
